While we use the term "permanent," what we really mean is "clasp-less".Without a clasp, you can't take it off, therefore, making it "permanent." However, like all jewelry, with the right amount of force/pressure, the pieces will break. Which, for safety purpose, is what we want to happen. So although the pieces are durable, they are not indestructible. The daintier the chain the more fragile it is.

Yes! These chains are very easy to remove should you require an MRI, medical procedure, etc. Simply cut at the jump ring (weld spot) with a sharp scissors or wire snip. Don't worry about saving the jump ring; save your piece and bring it back to me. As long as you have your chain, re-welds are free.

Yes, of course! You can select as many pieces as you like, or come back later to add to your "stack."

If the bracelet falls off, bring it back in and I can re-weld it for you, at no charge. However, if the piece falls off and is lost, there is no warranty or refund. I will test the strength of the weld in front of you before you leave the store to ensure the weld holds.

Some people's skin can react to copper, causing their skin to turn green. Or, the metal can darken due to environmental exposure to moisture, acidity in your skin and sometimes, even medications!In some cases, these metals can turn grey when exposed to salt water, bleach, or some hot tub/pool chemicals. Often times, this can be remedied by using a jewelry cleaner or polishing cloth.
