At Cosmos & Clover Boutique, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a simple return process for store credit so you can easily find something you love.
Below is our complete boutique return policy for both in-store purchases and online orders.
Return Window
We accept returns for store credit only within the following timeframes:
- In-Store Purchases: Within 15 days of the original purchase date
- Online Orders: Within 15 days of the delivery date
Please note:
- Refunds are not issued.
- Eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, merchandise must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Cosmos & Clover Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Returns by Mail (Online Orders)
Customers returning items by mail are responsible for:
- Return shipping and handling costs
- Using the carrier of their choice
We strongly recommend purchasing tracking for your return shipment. Cosmos & Clover Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the fast turnover of boutique inventory, we cannot guarantee item exchanges.
Instead:
- Return the eligible item within the return window
- Receive store credit
- Use the credit to purchase the same item if it is restocked or choose another item
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Close-out items
- Mystery Box purchases
No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for these items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is defective, please contact us within:
3 business days (Monday–Friday) of delivery.
Important notes:
- Items must not be worn or washed
- Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be accepted

Once your return is received and approved:
- Returns are typically processed within 3 business days
- You will receive an email with your store credit gift card code
Coupons, Discounts & Sales
Please note the following:
- Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order (online or in-store)
- Price adjustments are not available after an order has been placed
Return Policy Enforcement
Cosmos & Clover Boutique reserves the right to reject any return that:
- Appears worn or altered
- Is missing original tags
- Is returned outside the 15-day return window
If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
