Shipping

 

We’re not Amazon (if we were, we’d be sitting on a beach somewhere drinking a margarita and this would all be automated 😊 ) so we can’t promise 2 day free shipping. We will however, make every effort to process, package and ship your goodies within 48 hours of placing your order. Since life sometimes gets in the way of best laid plans, the “official” shipping policy is “please allow between 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped.”

We ship everything with our friends at the US postal service, or UPS, and once the package is in the mail, shipping times run an additional 2-5 business days depending on seasons, holidays and natural disasters. To my friends in Alaska and Hawaii, I won’t elaborate on shipping…you live there, you know the drill.

Now, this next part is important:

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address and to provide a safe and secure location for your package to be delivered (if that’s under the third hydrangea bush on the left, with a neighbor or inside the grill – up to you.) Cosmos + Clover is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we will not issue exchanges or store credit for the merchandise. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working once shipping confirmation is emailed. If you haven’t already, we recommend making good friends with your postal carrier. Perhaps leave treats, a nice little Christmas gift, etc… so that they will continue to happily hide your packages from your significant other since we all know how much you like to on-line shop. 😊  (It’s okay, we’re not judging, we do the same thing!)
