Kids: Fenella Dress II

It's all in the details, like the open back and bow on this sleeveless dress. Material has a fun tie-dye like pattern in shades of turquoise and blue.

We think the dress runs a bit big (Harper could go down 1 size from what she normally wears during the photo shoot). However, it's nice to have room to grow for kids' clothes, and it's 100% cotton, so buy accordingly.
