Klara Ruffle Dress

Pretty lavender dress with ruffle shoulder details in the front and back with tiered skirt. Dress has a tie closure across the back of the dress and elastic waist. Dress has a very low cut front, but looks great paired with a tank underneath. Shown in photos both ways!
